The Brown Palace Hotel has been a fixture of the downtown Denver landscape since Henry C. Brown built the triangular shaped luxury hotel in 1892. It has hosted former Presidents such as Theodore Roosevelt and celebrities of all varieties including The Beatles. On Wednesday, Crow Holdings Capital Partners announced that is has acquired the historic hotel for an undisclosed amount. This marks just the fourth time in the history of the hotel that ownership has changed hands.
