Sure, at one point in time we were super excited about the idea that the tremendously successful Glass House in Riverfront Park would have a phase two in Union Station. They talked about it but when the developer market changed to make rental buildings a super attractive option Wood Partners flipped the switch and turned the Alta City House parcel into an apartment project.
And for those who have been waiting in anticipation to check it out the day is here. Walking through the Plaza in Riverfront Park yesterday we saw that one of the commercial spaces there has been turned into a rental office.
