Finally! What We’ve Been Waiting For!

Finally, Denver is catching up with the big cities like San Francisco and Seattle.  No, I’m not talking about mass transit, population, or real estate stats.  I’m talking about an actual building that features multiple vendors ranging from coffee to specialty grocers to restaurants.  I remember being in San Francisco’s Ferry Building Marketplace earlier this year and wondering why Denver didn’t yet have something similar.  It was exactly what was missing in Denver.

The creators of the Taxi development in RiNo,  Zeppelin Places, officially opened the doors to this new venture on Monday 26 August.  Called “The Source”,  this marketplace is already 90% leased with a number of vendors opening their doors in the next few weeks.  It’s an exciting time for this neighborhood as the RiNo area continues to peak the interest of investors and Denver-ites.
